J.E.T. Seal Services, LLC (JSS) is a specialty asphalt maintenance subcontractor situated in Harford County, Maryland. Phillip L. Scott, Jr. is the creator and current President of the company, which was initially known as JETSeal, Inc. JSS is a Veteran Owned and Operated Small Business (VOSB). The Goddard Companies bought an interest in JSS in July 2018, making it an affiliated entity of the Goddard Companies. JSS is licensed by the MHIC under License No. 92639.

JSS has top-of-the-line ride-on blowers, hydraulically driven rotary brushes, and related preparation equipment, allowing for the best level of surface preparation, resulting in the longest-lasting, most adhered surface coating. The key to achieving a long-lasting final product is proper and thorough surface preparation.

JSS is constantly reinvesting in its truck and equipment trailer fleet. It employs truck-mounted high-capacity sealant application equipment, allowing our team of professional asphalt maintenance technicians to lay down large amounts of material in a short period of time. JSS can handle any seal coating application, whether it's a tennis court, a 100-foot driveway, a 10-acre parking lot, or a mile-long airstrip. JSS only utilizes top-of-the-line Graco 3900 LineLazer striping equipment. The only things JSS does not do in terms of parking lots is install paving and curbs. JSS can provide and install all signage, stop signs, bicycle racks, and other enhancements. JSS can "remodel" your existing lot by repairing pot holes and failing areas, cleaning and repairing curbing and gutters, filling and sealing large cracks with commercial crack sealant, seal coating the entire surface, restriping the lines and directional horizontal signs, and installing new signs and stop blocks.
