What we do...
The Goddard Companies owns and manages small to mid-sized Class B commercial properties, usually occupied by health care providers and similar professionals. Utilizing ‘the Goddard Way’ our team analyzes current performance and then formulates a plan to redevelop and reposition the property into a vibrant, diverse, and profitable ‘business community’. The properties in our portfolio are meticulously maintained and tenant needs are addressed quickly and competently. As times and tastes dictate, we will update and reposition our properties by repaving parking lots, undertaking substantial façade and common area improvements and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
While the Goddard Companies typically owns the buildings it manages, it has recently expanded into management of non-owned real estate.
